As I sit here dreaming of sitting by a pool at one of the Walt Disney World Resorts, my mind wanders to which fruity adult beverage would I be sipping if I were on a Walt Disney World Vacation. Disney has some incredible fruity alcoholic drinks that can be found all over Disney properties. Here are some of my favorites from each park and my favorite resort.

Trader Sam’s Grog’s Grotto at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort not only has a great atmosphere but great drinks. It is unfortunately temporarily unavailable due to the Polynesian’s remodeling and not being completely reopen but it is something to put on the to do list when the Polynesian is back operating as usual. My favorite drink here is the HippopotoMai-Tai. It is made up of Plantation Original Dark Rum, Bacardi Superior Rum, Bols Orange Curacao, Orgeat (Almond), Organic Agave Nectar, and fresh Lime Juice. You can even get it in a fun souvenir mug!

If you are in Hollywood Studios you need to check out the Tune-In Lounge. Sip your cocktail while watching 50’s TV. The Magical Star Cocktail is magical in my opinion. It is made up of X-fusion Organic Mango and Passion Fruit Liqueur, Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, and Pineapple Juice. Making it even more magical is the souvenir glow cube it comes with! This location will also have to remain on your to do list for the future because it is also temporarily unavailable.

On hot days spent walking around the world at Epcot, Les Vins des Chefs de France is a stop I always like to make. Their orange slushie is a fantastic way to cool off and I love anything orange. So of course, I would pick the orange slushie as my choice for a fruity adult beverage in Epcot. It is made up of Grand Marnier, Rum, Grey Goose Orange, and Orange Juice and comes in a fancy little glass. This is not a restaurant but a counter service small stand right next to the water in France.

When visiting Animal Kingdom, I have two drinks that are my fun favorite choices which means I might have to visit twice during the day. Oh darn! They can be found at Pongu Pongu in the Pandora area of the park. Since I love a good margarita, I first pick the Mo’ara Margarita. This drink is made with Sauza Conmemorativo Anejo Tequila and Blue Curacao with Lime Juice topped with Passion Fruit Boba Balls. The Rum Blossom has Bacardi Superior Rum with layers of Apple and Desert Pear Limeade topped with Passion Fruit Boba Balls is my second choice. The Boba Balls on both drinks make them look so unique and fun!

The Magic Kingdom is a difficult place to find alcoholic beverages except for beer, wine, and champagne. Alcohol at the park wasn’t even introduced as an option until 2012. Walt Disney himself wanted it to be a totally dry park. It wasn’t until 2018 when Disney decided to sell alcohol at all of its sit-down table service restaurants in the park. So fruity drinks are much harder to find here but there is a great house-made sangria at Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen. It can be made with your choice of red or white wine and is blended with spices and juice with a trio of fruit.
There are so many other great options for you to discover on your next visit! Let us know what your favorites are so people can read in the comments to find other great drinks they might enjoy.
