Our beloved Redhead is slowly going away, the ride at Disney World in Magic Kingdom is currently undergoing refurbishment to turn the Redhead into a pirate and that leaves only Disneyland with the Redhead getting auctioned off to the pirates. We finally know the dates: the Disneyland attraction will be closed April 23rd – June 7th to undergo the refurbishment that will turn the redhead into one of the auctioneers.
The Walt Disney World version of the ride is scheduled to be open after refurbishment starting March 18th.
