It’s true I shed a tear the last time I watched Illuminations because I knew it would be my last. Many of us have childhood memories of the show and have since introduced our children to the nighttime spectacular. As we prepare to mourn the end, Disney has released a preview of the new Epcot Forever that is set to start on October 1st. Epcot Forever will feature fireworks, lasers, and choreographed special effects kites. You will be able to sing along with the new musical score because it will feature beloved tracks from Epcot past and present. I think this new show will be the perfect connection between the old and the new Epcot we will see over the coming few years. It will evoke those same memories of magical moments from years ago just like Illuminations has for so many of us.
